Registration Process - Step 1

Acknowledge Guidelines Office Hours Normal hours are from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday thru Friday Lobby Hours Lobby is open from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday thru Friday Dress Code Professional office environment dress code, no tennis shoes, T-shirts, or shorts allowed. Security Pratt & Whitney Puerto Rico (PWPR) is a restricted access facility. We ask that you comply with the following: Please complete the registration process at least 24 hours in advance. • You will be requested to wear a PWPR issued badge at all times. • All UTC Visitors must bring their UTC ID badge and wear it along with any PWPR issued badge. • Non UTC Visitors including contractors must bring proof of citizenship (updated birth certificate,    passport, resident alien card, etc.) and a valid picture ID issued from a government agency    (driver's license, military ID.) • Foreign Nationals must be escorted at all times while in the facility. • All Pratt & Whitney Security measures apply at the PWPR Facility. • Cell phones with camera features and/or data transport features are not allowed in the PWPR Facility. UTC visitors may bring their cell phones into the PWPR Facility, but may not use the camera    feature while inside the Facility. • Cameras (digital or film) are not allowed in the PWPR Facility. • Portable media, storage devices (e.g., thumb drive, floppies, CD's), PDA'S, personal laptops, peripherals    and/or wireless connections are not allowed in the facility without prior written approval from the PWPR    General Manager. Requests for approval should be submitted with the initial notification of your visit.    UTC visitors may bring their CSC issued laptop and Blackberry devices into the PWPR Facility. • You should leave prohibited items in your vehicle. • Before leaving the PWPR Facility, you must drop off the One Day PWPR Badge at the reception area, it you leave before 6:30 PM. • After 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday, drop off your One Day PWPR Badge at the Guard House instead. Other Guidelines • Please advise PWPR in your visit notification if any special equipment or preparation materials    (copies, slides, etc.) are needed. • We ask that you please meet our working schedule including lunch hour. • Please minimize personal phone calls on PWPR phones. • You can visit our CONTACT US Tab for directions.
